**Roles & Responsibilities**
Lead Generation & Business Development
* Identify new business opportunities, projects, and potential clients in the Middle East.
* Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads.
* Build strong relationships with government agencies, private enterprises, and NGOs in need of GIS solutions.
Client Engagement & Sales Execution
* Understand client requirements and provide tailored GIS solutions from our portfolio.
* Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Market Research & Strategy
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the Middle East.
* Work closely with the marketing team to refine strategies for maximum outreach.
* Provide insights into pricing models, service offerings, and partnership opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Work closely with the technical team to ensure client expectations are met.
* Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress.
* Represent Rotten Grapes Private Limited at conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
**Desired Candidate Profile**
* 5-6 years of experience in software sales, preferably in GIS or related domains
* Strong network and understanding of the Middle Eastern market
* Ability to identify, pitch, and close deals with clients across government and private sectors
* Self-driven and proactive in finding new business opportunities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
